Low Season [01 Nov. - 19 Dec. 2009, 6 Jan. - 30 Apr. 2010]
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival 1 night charge.
No Shows will be charged full period of stay.

Peak Season [ 20 Dec. 2009 - 5 Jan. 2010]
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival 1 night charge.
No Shows will be charged full period of stay.

Family Policy:
A maximum of one child (under 12 years old) is permitted to stay sharing with parents is charged USD 15 (including breakfast and entry to Bali Safari & Marine Park), without required of adding extra bed.

Addition of child over 12 years old or adult is charged USD 25 for extra bed (including breakfast and entry to Bali Safari & Marine Park).
